Designed for teams and individuals ready to initiate their entrepreneurship journey, the Validation phase is designed to ensure that the idea/solution meets the customer’s needs. The standard is to conduct 100 interviews/conversations with the various potential stakeholders.
At the end of this phase, projects will pivot from the original solution to an optimal positioning adapted to the client.
