When Julie realized that people carry this passion for food with them everywhere they go, she saw an opportunity to enhance the dining experience for food lovers helping restaurants and food partners reach their targets.“I had no interest in restaurants at all apart from eating in them. I saw that there were a lot of restaurants opening, doing really well, and then closing without notice. I found out that the industry’s margin was really poor but the stories were exceptionally rich.”
