CanApply helps international students increase their chance of admission to Canadian universities by offering support at every step of the process.

The idea for CanApply came from Behnam’s own experience as an international student in Canada. After receiving little support in obtaining his study permit and applying to university. This inspired him to develop a service that renders the application process as frictionless as possible.

Journey

Through our programming, Behnam made key discoveries about both his business and his role as an entrepreneur. Through 1:1 coaching refined his business model - integrating AI-based with traditional services, including program matching and document optimization.Working with an accelerator that centres on impact reinforced Behnam’s mission and inspired him to turn his idea into a business: “Our customers come to us hoping to change their lives. It’s a lot of responsibility, so it’s important to think about impact and influence first.”
