Pawsome Concierge offers personalised services for on-the-go pet parents who are living or visiting Montreal.

Before starting Pawsome Concierge, Terry never thought that she would be a pet owner. Her fear of dogs quickly turned into passion when she met chocolate lab Coco, who provided Terry with the emotional support that helped her get through a pivotal stage in life. Inspired by this experience, Terry wanted to create a world where pets and their guardians elevate each other's well being.

After years of working in corporate marketing and business development, Terry was ready to take on the challenge of business ownership. Unsure where to start, she joined Balsam to further develop her idea. Through peer workshops and conversation-based research, Terry learned how to turn her vision into a compelling story that she could share with others.Being surrounded by other aspiring social ideators is what inspired her to continue her journey as an entrepreneur: “I’ve never fit into a box - I like that about me, but sometimes it feels lonely. This was the first time that I was in a room where I felt like everyone was just like me.”
