In March 2019, she wrote her living legacy: "To help one hundred people discover, create, embrace, and breathe life into their living legacies”. As of today, her award-winning program has helped over 900 people discover their living legacy.

The programming and coaching that Sonia experienced helped her to understand and realize the potential of her new product, the Take the Leap! program. After 6 months of programming and engaging with other entrepreneurs looking to make a difference in their communities, Sonia developed the confidence and the skills to position her program in a new market. The 1:1 coaching she received helped her to iterate and refine her strategy and hone her service. As a result, she has increased the reach of program participants by ten fold since 2020.
